Castles and craft beers — a perfect combination. Join us at Chepstow Castle this Easter weekend for a two-day beer festival that will showcase the fantastic ales of Wales.
We'll have a huge transparent marquee installed within the castle's grounds meaning that you can enjoy the spectacular surroundings come rain or shine.
Cwrwfest, the first beer festival to be held at a Cadw site, will host pop-up bars from three of south Wales’s most renowned breweries — Celt Experience, Mad Dog and Crafty Devil — and an eclectic selection of cask ales from across the country including Crazy Peacock from Bragdy Twt Lol!
Visitors to Chepstow’s historic fortress will be able to enjoy the two-day festival from 12–8pm on Friday 25 March and Saturday 26 March.
Tickets — which include access to the castle, evening entertainment and a limited-edition pint glass — cost £5.
We encourage you to bring seating for this event. Picnic blankets and chairs are ideal.
