Description
Following Jeremy Corbyn's election as leader of the Labour Party last summer, the membership of the party has almost quadrupled. At Jeremy's right hand all along has been John McDonnell who became Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer when the new shadow cabinet was announced.
We are honoured to welcome John to Walthamstow and have him experience one of our area's finest restaurants. We are also delighted to welcome Matt Wrack, General Secretary of the Fire Brigades Union who have generously agreed to support this event and allow us to keep ticket prices low. The FBU recently decided to re-affiliate to the Labour Party.
