We are happy to welcome one of the UK dub scene’s most prolific producers, Dougie Conscious, aka Conscious Sounds. Active since the early 90s and core member of the Bush Chemists, Conscious Sounds has released a vast amount of killer riddims and dub anthems with the likes of King General, Culture Freeman, Charlie P, Pablo Gad, and Chazbo. Playing in Glasgow for the first time since 2010, he is coming up with a selection which we are not likely to forget.
Joining Couscious Sounds in a killer combination for the night will be long time collaborator and veteran sound system MC Danny Red. Most famous for his work with Manasseh, Gussie P, Mafia & Fluxy, and King Shiloh, he has an extensive catalogue of heavy singles (most recently the amazing ‘Rasta we Rasta’) which he will be showcasing for this event.
