Come and join us on Sunday 3rd November from 12:00-16:00 at Foodwell, to reconnect, realign and rebalance.

We’ve created the perfect escape to give you the chance to unwind from any stress, filling your body, mind and soul with high vibe tools, techniques and practices. Hosted at the uber slick Foodwell, Manchester, you’ll feel calm and collected as soon as you walk through the doors.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Share and connect in a sacred circle 
  • Reconnect to your body and settle the mind through a soulful yoga flow 
  • Disco nap (aka yoga nidra) 
  • Explore your inner dialogue and learn steps towards self-love; re-writing your inner script 
  • Be led on a visualisation to download and integrate desires 
  • Journal and set intentions with renewed confidence  
  • Nourish yourself with a delicious lunch
  • Leave with a goodie bag including conscious living workbook

Investment is £35pp for an individual ticket, £60 for a bestie ticket (2 people). This includes lunch.

I’m continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power—both internally and externally, and find it to be a source of love and strength. I strive to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to all my classes, and hope to impart yogic wisdom along the way. My classes are vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement) with strong emphasis on alignment and from time to time I throw in elements from other types of yoga I have studied. 

My love of yoga, both on and off the mat has been a beautiful practice that has reshaped my life. I focus on bringing people back to their natural balance through the breath. I'm here to help you re-connect within to awaken your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul. I also love to find the natural balance between yin and yang in my classes and within each posture. My teaching is done with my heart wide open and I share my compassion and joy for the practice in my classes and workshops. I'm grateful to share this practice and fully honour the stage everyone is at in their journey. I teach a wide variety of styles from Hatha to Vinyasa to Power to Yin, Nidra and Meditation.
