This free 1-hour masterclass with Dr Alison Richardson is focused on developing research questions. We will also be joined by Isobelle Madden who will talk the importance of involving patients and the public in the research lifecycle.

Alison is Clinical Professor of Cancer Nursing and End of Life Care at the University of Southampton and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. She has a clinical academic appointment, which means she combines clinical practice and research. Her research focuses on understanding and responding to the needs of people affected by cancer and other life limiting illnesses. Alison was a member of the NIHR College of Senior Investigators between 2018-2022.

This masterclass is part of a series of events by the QNI’s Community Nursing Research Forum and is open to all community nurses interested in research.

Other Masterclasses in this series:

- 15th May, 1pm – 2pm – Masterclass: Choosing appropriate research methods (w/ Dr Clare Jinks)

- 25th September, 1pm – 2pm – Masterclass: Conducting systematic reviews and critical literature reviews (w/ Dr Diane Bunn)

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
