Yo What's good People!
It's been a mad autumn so we hope you're all finding rest where you can.
This is a call out to the last Common Sound of the year before we hibernate for a minute.
We've be sending the invites for Common Sound at Map strictly to the community, and asking everyone to make sure they get their donation based musicians tickets online as we’re going to be stricter with tickets/entry.
Common Sound at Map is our sacred space for musicians and creatives alike, and it’s been growing. And as it grows we know how important it is to protect and nurture the vision we all have for the space, and that’s what we intend to do. So as always please be respectful of the space and the people in it. Any isms/schisms strictly not tolerated!
Important-Please Read
1) Producers- We will be leaving a channel free on the production station for people to plug in their favourite electronic equipment. If there's anything you've got at home you want to add to the mix- bring it Through!
2) Everyone- We've been cooking up some incredible stuff with the recordings from Common Sound and can't wait to share them with the community. We want to be completely transparent with you. So, please be aware by getting a ticket and entering the Common Sound space you are agreeing to the Common Sounds usage of these recordings.
3) Everyone- CS is standing in solidarity with the people of Gaza and Palestine, so for the foreseeable future we are asking everybody to make a donation to Medical aid for Palestine, to enter the space.
Last month we raised £55 so thank you to everyone who donated!
3) CS Logo shirts- On Sale at the jam and on our Bandcamp. The LTD Gold embroidered T-s are on sale exclusively for the family at CS.
If you want to know more or don't want anything you've recorded to be used that's cool, just come and chat to us.
There will be some more exciting things happening soon, but for now we’re just gassed to see everyone and catch a vibe!

I have not received my Common Sound ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Common Sound tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Common Sound tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Common Sound ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Common Sound waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the Common Sound event online. For more information on this, read here.
