    Hey Guys,

    Come and experience what is becoming London's BEST Comedy Show in Shoreditch. The night will be held at Cafe1001, a venue situated in the Brick Lane area, one of the most famous and most vibrant destinations in London. Café 1001 has been organising events ranging from dance performances, film screenings, photography & art exhibitions and music festivals; making them the spotlight of attention.

    Cafe1001 have a large selection of ciabattas, baguettes, bagels, pizza, soups, salads and home-made cakes available throughout the evening. The venue is walking distance from Aldgate East or Shoreditch High Street tube station. If you are driving, you will find FREE PARKING on Brick Lane after 7pm.

    The show starts at 8:15pm, doors opening at 7:30pm. Cafe1001 offers a discount on drinks between 7pm-8pm. There are plenty of restaurants on Brick Lane, which is walking distance from the venue if you are feeling hungry.

    Performing on the night, stand up comedians: Mo Omar, Greg Faulkner, Quincy the Comedian, Kai Samra hosted by our Comedy On Host, Brandon Palmer. Please note these comedians will be performing new material so you will not have heard it before.


    Quincy

    Award-winning comedian, Quincy, is a stand-up, presenter, writer, actor and host with appearances on Comedy Central's Comedy Blue, MTV's Comedy Funhouse, and BBC Radio 4 Extra's Comedy On The Boat. His live comedy work regularly takes him as far afield as Dubai, Mumbai and Singapore. He has written and performed two narrative comedy hours in Edinburgh and as well as performing comedy at all the major UK comedy clubs, Quincy tours in large-scale venues in sketch shows and mixed bill comedy line-ups. His own show Quincy's Comedy Lounge is a regular sellout at Stratford Circus. He has supported Gina Yashere and currently has a sitcom and comedy drama in development.

    Kai Samra

    Kai Samra has quickly risen to become one of the most exciting acts on the circuit today. Combining an edgy stage presence and a confident delivery, he talks frankly about issues such as class, race and modern culture from an intelligent and fresh perspective. Most recently Kai won the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award 2017, where a hand-picked selection of emerging acts from across the West Midlands compete for the prestigious annual title. Within his first nine months of his stand up career, he won the Up the Creek Blackout Competition three times, was a Finalist in the Bath Comedy Festival New Act Competition and a Semi Finalist in the Amused Moose Laugh Off 2017.

    Kai has appeared on the comedy stage at the Mayor of London’s Diwali Festival in Trafalgar Square presented by Soho Theatre He’s opened for Paul Chowdhry at Watford Colosseum Arena in front of 2000 people, performed a sold out showcase at Soho Theatre as part of the Soho Young Company, gigged professionally with people like Sara Pascoe, Nish Kumar, Dane Baptiste and now gigs regularly at Top Secret Comedy, Up the Creek and Angel Comedy club. A unique voice in the comedy industry he is unafraid to tackle lazy stereotypes perpetuated by comedy. This has led him interviewed live in studio at the BBC Asian Network and also to be featured on BBC Radio 4.

    Mo Omar

    Mohamed Omar is Somali-born, Cardiff-raised and London Based comic so brings in his third culture kid way of thinking. Being the So You Think You’re Funny & Amused Moose Semi-Finalist 2017 and Finalist at the Blackout at Up the Creek and The King Gong. Mohamed has also gigged at the Glee Club, The Cheeky Monkey and various other clubs up and down the country.


    Greg Faulkner

    Greg Faulkner’s comedy is a mix of satire, sarcasm and impressions. He was resident MC at The Comedy Cafe Theatre and now MCs for them in Oslo, Norway, as well as gigging at clubs around the UK.

    • I have not received my Comedy Night ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Comedy Night tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
