Do you sometimes feel unclear about where your life’s heading, that you have somehow lost direction and that you lack fulfilment in one or more areas of your life – work, relationships, family?
In our day-to-day we rarely have or make time to pause, to reflect on the things which are most important to us.
This personal development weekend at Hazel Hill woods, away from technology and the fast pace of city life, will offer you the chance to slow down and to explore what really matters to you, to take stock, to regain clarity of direction.
Over the weekend you will:
- Discover how time mindfully spent in nature can enhance your creativity and reawaken your senses and inspiration
- Go on a journey to gain clarity about the things that most matter to you (core values) which help you make important decisions about your life
- Have insights into major events in your life that shape and inform your values today
- Discover how to use and set your inner compass on your true bearings (core values) and how to stay on course

About the venue: Hazel Hill is an off-grid nature reserve set in a secluded 70-acre wood. It offers the perfect opportunity to take ourselves beyond usual and familiar work and home environments, allowing us to come back to our senses, to pause, to listen and to ask ourselves some important questions, to gain perspective and to look at ourselves and life with fresh eyes.
The nearest train station is Salisbury and from there a 25-minute cab ride

The Facilitators – Simon & Karen
Simon Hawtrey-Woore is coach, communication consultant and facilitator. In work and play he leads his life with a deep curiosity for people and experiences, a passion for open collaboration, a desire to keep things simple and a love of the outdoors.
Simon started out in media and led client services teams in advertising, brand consulting, integrated marketing and design to build up extensive marketing and business experience.
Simon has been coaching since 2005 and has strong belief in the combination of powerful questioning and natural & inspiring spaces to open up fresh perspectives and help individuals and organisations create insights and clarity.

Karen Liebenguth is an experienced life coach, facilitator and an accredited mindfulness teacher. She works with private and corporate individuals and groups to foster personal growth and sustainable change.
She set up Green Space Coaching in 2009 to offer life coaching while walking in London’s parks and green space tapping into the benefits nature has on our psychological, emotional and physical well-being. She believes that it is in nature where reflection, insight and change can happen most naturally.
As well as working with individuals outdoors, Karen is an experienced group facilitator helping teams develop, communicate at a deeper level as well as understand differences and shared values.
