Cupping coffee is the activity of analyzing the different characters of a coffee. It is a professional practice performed by coffee roasters/baristas and can be done informally by anyone.
This workshop will help us discover coffee in its basic form and appreciate some of its finer points. The general purpose will be to compare different coffee beans from different regions or roasters by treating and scoring them with the exact same protocol.
Located in Vagabond N7; we are going taste and cup 4 different coffees during this unique session. Vagabond is known to be one of the top 35 coffee shops in London. The venue is perfected with a cool interior look.
Based on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) cupping protocol. This workshop will feature the specialty coffee industry. You will have the unique opportunity to learn why specialty coffee is a sign of high quality and how a coffee can reveal such a wide spectrum of flavor.
We will evaluate together:

3. Fragrance
4. Flavor
5. Aftertaste
6. Body
7. Acidity
8. Sweetness
9. Overall Experience
