On the half day workshop you will make and take home chocolate truffles, and chocolate bowl for your truffles to go in, cake pops, hot chocolate and no bake chocolate chip cookies.

* Ganache fill your very own truffle shells
* Learn to hand roll your own truffles
* How to enrol, dip and cover in a number of different flavours and textures
* Make your very own chocolate bowl to present your truffles
* Learn and make your own chocolate chip energy balls
* Create your very own Chocolate cake pops
Most Chocolate workshops only teach one method for the same price we currently offer 6 different skills to learn and make and then enjoy eating. By the end of this fun wedding workshop, you will have full knowledge of the history of chocolate as well as everything about the different types of chocolate as well as taste, make and take home your very own made truffles in your own chocolate bowl along with energy balls and cake pops.
