You're buying a ticket for the 10am showing of 'Chip Button: Born to Win' at the Curzon cinema in Ripon.
It starts at 10:00 on the dot, so please arrive a good fifteen minutes early.
This is a private event, so please show your ticket at the door of the screen itself. The price of this ticket goes towards covering of the cost of us hiring the screen for the showing, which was expensive. The tickets have a £9.50+ a handling charge on the website, so that's £10 in total to you.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Chip Button Premiere tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
