FOR EVERYONE
You don’t have to be good at chess or boxing to join – just come along and give it a try. Under the guidance of our friendly and experienced coaches you’ll be surprised how quickly you progress.

NON-CONTACT TRAINING
We focus on fitness, technique, flexibility and co-ordination. Initially you’ll use focus pads and punch-bags for practice, with no sparring.

CONTACT SPARRING
More experienced chessboxers and anyone who wants to train for competitive action has the option to move on
to full-contact sparring via light-sparring under the strict guidance of experienced coaches.

CHESS
Play or enjoy some tactics training during several three-to-five minute recovery periods during the class.
