Learn how to use up fabric and old clothes and make a chenille-style rug or mat!
On this one hour workshop run by the Lorna Knight Sewing Academy make a sample to learn the techniques and go home ready to make your own full size rug or mat.
This workshop is part of Swadlincote Street store also featuring a clothes swap, free styling sessions and clothes alteration. To take part in the clothes swap just bring a few items of your pre-loved clothing along to the event and swap your way to a new wardrobe!
