Our January talk will help you to review and reflect on your past experiences, in order to stride onwards and upwards to fulfilling your potential and giving your business a boost in 2019. Jane Hirst, The People Specialist, an experienced business coach and consultant, will help you to better understand the self limiting beliefs that hold you back. She will also share some powerful tools and techniques that can be easily applied to both your business and your personal life that will help you achieve your potential in a way that you never thought possible.

Have you ever told yourself that you can’t do something and so never tried?  What about never asked that question in a group because others may think you’re silly?

When we were born we didn’t come into this world with built in emotions, thought processes and feelings about different situations.  We’ve learnt them over a period of time and stored all this information as facts in our mind.  And they’re not facts!  It’s just the way either we, or someone else interpreted that situation at the time.  However this perception can have a positive or negative impact on how well we succeed in life.  If it’s been stored as a self-limiting belief, ie I can’t do that, then it will have an impact on our true potential.  However, if it’s been stored as I can’t do that yet, you will feel more optimistic that you may be able to achieve it in the future.
We are about to enter 2019 and you need to be at the top of your game.  Thinking differently is key.   It’s not only Brexit that’s driving change.  Customer driven designs, technologies and generational change are all having an impact. The pace of change is continually quickening, which means that we have to continually develop ways in which we engage with our customers.  If your beliefs are below your potential level, your beliefs will drive the success of your business every time.

Jane Hirst has been in the business of helping people to develop and achieve their potential for nearly 30 years!  Having led Operational areas as well as Learning and Development, Culture and Internal Communications for over 18 years, Jane has not only experienced what makes people tick, but has used this knowledge to enable them to become more self-aware fostering their own resourcefulness and resilience throughout the process. Whilst having excellent man management skills and being able to effect change within the front line, she also has the gravitas to influence and manage change with senior management teams.  She now utilizes all these skills and knowledge to help others to be the best they possibly can be, challenging and support them to reach out of their comfort zones and fulfil their dreams.

Yes as long as you let us know beforehand.

FAQs

Where is entrance to the Golf Club?

From Alexandra Park road the entrance is on the right hand side as you approach the corner of Rhodes Avenue.

From Grosvenor Road the entrance is on the left hand side.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a car park on site at Muswell Hill Golf Club and there is free parking on the surround side roads.

The 299, 184, 102 buses stop on Alexandra Park Road and the Club is a 5 minute walk.

Bounds Green Tube is also close by; allow 20 minutes to walk from the tube to the Club.

If you need a disabled place, there are plenty at the front of the building, so please just let us know in advance so we can reserve one for you.
