ceno2, a residency of curated pole shows bridging pole dance, performance art, and electronic music. ceno2 presents the first commissioned performance, “hygra”, by dancer and movement director Maya Luna and artist, pole performer A.T.
focusing on the pole as a tool to explore themes of bodily liberation, we aim to create a new space to celebrate the artistic and healing potential of this practice.
a 30-minute on and off pole dance piece explores the relationship between vulnerability, dance and the physicality of surrender, revealing it as a liberating and transcendent force.
the performance will be augmented by an original score from emerging electronic music producer Nastya Vogan, with two DJ acts by Chanel Kadir and FYI Robyn.
