It’s twenty years since we opened our first spa in the old cowshed at Babington House. In the spirit of celebrating our natural roots, join award winning natural chef, food writer and cooking instructor Ceri Jones for an evening of seasonal eating at our Holland Park spa. A champion of organic, local ingredients, Ceri’s blog Natural Kitchen Adventures won best blog at the Health Blog Awards, whilst her app is home to over 75 recipes and produce guides for eating seasonally. With a focus on vibrancy on the plate the menu will highlight the best of British summer produce.
Tickets: £40 with £10 redeemable against Cowshed products on the night.
You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz or a soft drink which will lead into a veg-centric meal
Starter: Sharing plates - whipped ricotta / hummus, roasted radish and radish top pesto + tomato, shallot and caper salad + sourdough
Main course: Wild rice stuffed Romano pepper, tzatziki, watercress, mint oil
Dessert: Lemon cashew tart with lavender poached apricots
