4 different Cardio Club style classes, with the money raised all going to Cancer Research.

Only 1 person per team needs to book for the Team Cardio Challenge & only 1 person per pair needs to book for the mini driathlon.
The paired driathlon should be 1 male & 1 female in a pair. The Team Cardio Challenge should be teams of 2 males & 2 females.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Participants must be 16+
Bacon rolls, teas & coffees will be provided by The Coffee Hatch & there will be a raffle.
