Join us for an evening dedicated to experiencing inner peace, and gift yourself a moment of rest while bathed in candlelight as you float away on the vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.

Why join a sound bath by candlelight?
The history of candles is long and fascinating. Candles for ceremony have been popular among almost every religion, in addition to being used to light homes, to aid travelers at night, honoring those who were lost and as a symbol of miracle, enlightenment, peace and joy.
The flame of a candle is an incredibly soothing thing. These days candles are mainly used for relaxation and tranquility as soft fire helps us to focus and calm down. We experience feelings of relaxation in the presence of a controlled fire as our brain tells us that we’re in a safe space.
There's a reason that people have used candlelight to meditate for centuries. The flame of a candle can soothe us, reduce our stress, while also increasing our self-awareness. The soft light of a candle can help to relax the mind and body, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.
Burning candles can become a personal ritual to commit to reflection and relaxation. After this session, you will be able to return to the peaceful state achieved by lighting a candle in your own home.
Your event host, Georgie, will guide you through a Soundbath of reset, divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst you bathe in a candlelit glow. This Sunday night candlelit sound bath will guide you into a higher state of vibration and allow you to float away into a blissful state.
