The focus of this gong bath is to develop and ground awareness and balance on all levels and to invite guidance that may assist us as we approach Christmas and 2020!
This final gong bath invites you to:
surrender and allow the tones and vibrations to take you on whatever journey you most need at this time
trust your inner guidance and the sound resonance to align and clear what is needed
completely let go and listen to any guidance that you may receive for the coming festive season and New Year of 2020!
How can a gong bath help?
Gong Baths and Sound Healing can induce deep relaxation and meditation. When we meditate our parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated to create a space of 'rest and digest' where healing can occur.
The tones and vibrations loosen and clear density and stress while 're-tuning' and re-aligning the energy system.
But, gong baths aren't for everyone!
Are in your first trimester of pregnancy
Have a severe mental illness Have a 'sound sensitive’ condition or conditions that could be triggered by sound. Have a heart condition or pacemaker; the sound can resonate metal implants, pins, screws, etc. and could change rhythm of pacemakers.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks are all available at the venue, but you may wish to bring extra comfort.
Activities focused on well-being and healing can dislodge physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks. It is your responsibility to inform us of any conditions or issues and have relevant support systems in place. If you do not inform us of your condition we do not accept liability for any ongoing ill effects. If, due to a condition, you are unsure whether our service is appropriate, we advise you to seek medical consultation. We aim to provide a safe and well-held space and after-care support is available where requested. You are welcome to seek my advice.
