Gong Bath - 7:00pm (Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to the Gong Bath, bring warm clothes, we provide blankets and mats)
Decompression & Hot Drinks - 8:30pm (Sit back, relax and listen post bath and chat with fellow bathers about your experiences)
