This intimate ceremony will take place at Soma’s beautiful new studio space in Lime Wharf.
Join me for an intimate, heart warming ceremony working with the beautiful medicines of Cacao & sound healing. Cacao is an incredibly gentle, heart opening plant medicine that encourages us to open, soften, release and heal. It can enable a space that quietens the noise so that we're able to listen to our own inner guidance more clearly. Cacao contains a high concentration of antioxidants, is rich in minerals and the active ingredient Theobromine acts as a mild stimulant and mood enhancer.
We'll begin with a short Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice and transition into the sound journey. There is nothing for you to do but lie down to be bathed in healing vibrations from the gong and other instruments. The invitation is to rest and receive as you take an inner voyage with Cacao as your guide.
Comforting tea will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some time to share and write down any insights whilst basking in the cacao glow : ))
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion for added comfort
CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss giving you a lower dosage.
- Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
Gong is not recommended for the following...
Women in the first trimester of pregnancy
Children under the age of thirteen.
Those experiencing extreme mental health problems.
If you have a pacemaker or other metal implant
If you are affected by sound induced epilepsy
STRICT CANCELLATIONS POLICY
There is a 72hr cancellation policy on this event, no refunds will be issued after this time.
A percentage of ticket sales from my Cacao ceremonies go to Amazon Watch whose profits fund work to stop the destruction of the Amazon rainforest and advance the rights of Indigenous peoples of the Amazon basin.

I have not received my Cacao Sound Ceremony ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Cacao Sound Ceremony tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Cacao Sound Ceremony tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
