An intimate, heart focused ceremony working with the medicines of Cacao, Earth Gong, Crystal Bowls and voice.
Cacao is an incredibly gentle, heart healing plant medicine that encourages us to open, soften, release and heal. In a Cacao Ceremony the mind drops away and we anchor into the heart where our deepest wisdom can be accessed. This is a journey to help move through energetic blocks or stagnation, gain clarity and focus or maybe you simply need to rest and that can be found here too.
We will begin with a short Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice and transition into the sound journey. There is nothing for you to do but lie down to be bathed in healing vibrations from the gong, crystal bowls, voice and other instruments. The invitation is to rest and receive as you take an inner voyage with Cacao as your guide.
We will mindfully drink our Cacao elixir experiencing it’s warmth and presence in the body and you will then lie down to be bathed in the sound vibrations. Comforting tea will be provided after the ceremony as we enjoy some time to share and write down any insights whilst basking in the cacao glow : ))
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion for added comfort

CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss giving you a lower dosage.
- Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
Gong is not recommended for the following...
Women in the first trimester of pregnancy
Children under the age of thirteen.
Those experiencing extreme mental health problems.
If you have a pacemaker or other metal implant
If you are affected by sound induced epilepsy

There is a 72hr cancellation policy on this event, no refunds will be issued after this time.

I have not received my Cacao Sound Ceremony ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Cacao Sound Ceremony tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Cacao Sound Ceremony tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Cacao Sound Ceremony ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
