Buttons workshop
A quick fix master class, where you'll learn simple techniques to be able to repair your clothes and give them a longer life.
Join fashion designer Lorraine Mitchell for a one hour hands on practical repair, rewear, relove workshop, all about buttons and sewing techniques. No experience required!
You'll leave knowing about different button types & methods of attachment (and had a practise yourself), meaning you will be able to reattach buttons and even update your loved Primark clothing with new style buttons.
We'll provide everything you need to take part. Up to ten people will be able to join us in the specially prepared sewing corner within our Birmingham store, where social distancing and safety measures will be in place.
THE TIME: Please join us at 11:45am, before the workshop starts for a pre-session settling in, meet & greet.
THE PLACE: The event is held in store, next to the main entrance. Please ask a member of the store team who will be happy to guide you if you're a little lost. Each attendee will have a seat and work table.

The purpose for the processing of your personal data is to facilitate the booking system for the above event. We require your consent to process your personal data and you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to support@billetto.com. However, if you withdraw your consent prior to the event, you will not be able to attend as we require your personal data in order to allow to you to attend the event.

We process your first name, last name and email address to make the booking.

We use Biletto, an external service provider and processor to process your personal data. 6. Deletion
Billetto may retain your personal data as long as the user is registered to use the services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to support@billetto.com.

I have not received my Buttons | Workshop ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Buttons | Workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Buttons | Workshop tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Buttons | Workshop ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
