About the experience
Experience Burns Night in the refined surroundings of our main restaurant at Dover Marina Hotel & Spa with live bagpipes, poetry and a warm Scottish welcome. Enjoy a guided whisky tasting or a cocktail alternative, followed by a plated Scottish supper. Menu Options Whisky Option — £42 Includes a 4-shot board of specially selected single-malt whiskies, plus a 2-course plated Scottish supper. Non-Whisky Option — £36 Includes one cocktail from our specially selected menu, plus a 2-course plated Scottish supper. Main Course (Plated): Haggis, Roast Potatoes, Mashed Swede & Parsnips with Gravy or Supreme of Corn-Fed Chicken (Haggis Alternative) Desserts: Classic Scottish Cranachan (available in whisky & non-whisky versions) or Dark Chocolate & Coconut Torte Please add your menu pre-order selections in the booking notes, including any dietary requirements or allergies. Guests must be 18+ to participate in the whisky tasting. An Evening Crafted to Perfection • Your Burns Night experience begins 7:00PM with a warm Scottish welcome in the bar, setting the tone for an elegant and relaxed evening • Guests are then invited through to the restaurant, where seating is arranged and the celebrations begin • Our whisky expert hosts a curated tasting of four distinguished single-malt whiskies, sharing stories, heritage and flavour notes throughout • A beautifully prepared two-course Scottish supper is served as part of the experience, thoughtfully paced to complement the tasting journey • Guests are guided through the evening in a relaxed, unhurried style—blending hospitality, culture and conversation • As the hosted element draws to a close, you are warmly invited to continue your evening in the Churchill Bar By 9:30 PM, where the atmosphere remains vibrant and welcoming late into the night • The occasion is designed to flow naturally, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
