There are a fair few big brass bands kicking around but these lot take brass to the next level. Combining the powers of funk, jazz, hip-hop and soul, Broken Brass Ensemble act as urban brass ambassadors, pioneering on their euphoric groove. The band have an innate ability to orchestrate a nostalgic New Orleans hot jazz sound, incorporating weird, wonderful and peculiar melodies, in fabulous superhero fashion, with their proven method in creating heroic melodies.
They have played all over Europe including many of the major festivals; Shambala, Green Man, Secret Garden and many more.
Support comes in the form of trio Proper Buzzin, a brand new brass tribute to 90's Rave who will literally blow you back to the decade of dance.
Expect a good old stomping kind of a night!
