Welcome to the first ever Broadstairs Zen Day! Spoil yourself with a day to relax and connect with yourself. The day will begin with a calming Cacao Ceremony. Honouring the plant medicine that is Cacao whilst using the powerful Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono along with the healing frequencies of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. What a way to start the day! The afternoon will be filled with the peaceful and powerful healing energies of an Angelic Reiki share – no previous experience necessary. Have you ever received Reiki from 3 or 4 other people? It’s quite an experience! The afternoon will end with a fantastic yoga workshop, allowing you to stretch out and integrate all the earlier healings. As if that wasn’t enough, the day culminates with a Psychic Supper, held in Bella’s in Broadstairs. You will receive a two course vegetarian or vegan meal whilst the gifted clairvoyant medium, Rochelle Karslake will tune in to deliver any messages wanting to be shared by spirit.
