Please join us for a day of teaching, training and simulation dealing with all aspects of managing the emergency paediatric airway. Our ENT and Anaesthetic expert faculty will cover topics including assessment, foreign body retrieval, Hopkins rod intubation, flexible fibreoptic and videolaryngoscopic assisted intubation as well as FONA. There will also be teaching on common airway pathologies.The course will be open to consultants and non training grade surgeons if they are on a consultant on call rota. Please note -this course is NOT open to registrars and non training grade surgeons who are on a middle tier of on call.
