As part of the week long #BrightFriday campaign; your alternative to Black Friday, we are hosting a fabulous fashion swap and sew at Brighton Open Market.
HOW IT WORKS:
Join Hubbub and Sew Fabulous at the Open Market from 12-5pm Saturday 26th and swap your unwanted clothes, shoes and accessories for new treasures. It works on a free flow basis, so you can come anytime during the event and enjoy the ever changing stock!
Bring up to 10 quality second hand items. You'll also able to alter your newly swapped clothes, add some sparkle and bling, revamp and update to your hearts content. We can help with fittings and guide you through some simple sewing techniques.
Anything left at the end of our swap will be donated to charity.
You'll find us near the Ditchling Road entrance. We'll be joined by ethical brand RubyMoon who are giving away free cupcakes. What's not to love?
CLOTHING DROP OFF:
As well as bringing clothing to the swap on the day, you can bring your clothes to one of our two drop-off points on Friday 25th to be exchanged for tokens that can be used at the swap:
- 2pm-5pm Friday 25th at Sew Fabulous, Studio 10, Brighton Open Market, BN1 4JU
- 11am-3pm Friday 25th at 68 Grand Parade, cafe foyer, BN2 0JY
The Bright Fashion Swap is part of the #BrightFriday campaign, an initiative that aims to brighten up your Black Friday by creating the dream rather than buying it. I have not received my #BrightFriday Fashion Swap ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your #BrightFriday Fashion Swap tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your #BrightFriday Fashion Swap tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my #BrightFriday Fashion Swap ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
