Following the sell-out successes of their TacOver series, held in partnership with TABASCO® Sauce, breddos are excited to announce the line-up for their annual summer party featuring an epic rota of chefs at the vanguard of London’s dining scene.
On Sunday 28th
July, Nud Dudhia of breddos will be joined by chefs from som saa (Andy Oliver & Mark Dobbie), Ottolenghi (Ixta Belfrage), Bright (Pep Belvedere), Sambal Shiok (Mandy Yin), Rita’s (Gabe Pryce & Missy Flynn), and, soon to open, Manteca (Chris Leach).
The 7 course £40 menu will see each chef take on a dish using his/her culinary heritage and expertise whilst incorporating Mexican ingredients, flavours and techniques. Of course there’ll be tacos, but expect much, much more… The meal is limited to 35 guests and one sitting and will take place on Sunday 28th July 2019 at 12.30pm.
