SUMMER IS COMING (Any day now!)
Make the most of our summer mornings and join Frame on the banks of the Regents Canal for our Breakfast Barre series. Frame Master Trainer Gede will lead you through a 45 minute FRAME BARRE class followed by a delicious Frame breakfast you can take away with you or stay to enjoy whilst taking in the view.
Frame Barre is a low impact class working your entire body, not forgetting those smaller supporting muscles. All the exercises use own body weight and are designed to create long, lean limbs rather than bulk up.
We are teaming up with Granola for Gangsters who will be providing an awesome breakfast! Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
