Entry Requirements;
ALL ticket holders will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 Status on entry by providing ONE of the following, listed below:
Proof of full vaccination - both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event you are attending)
OR
Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken no more than 48 hours prior to your arrival at the event you are attending
OR
Proof of natural COVID antibodies based upon a positive NHS PCR test within 180 days of the event you are attending (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).
Please note masks must be worn in hotel common areas

I have not received my BPerfect Live - Winterland ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your BPerfect Live - Winterland tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your BPerfect Live - Winterland tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
