WE'RE BRINGING OUR NEW SIGNATURE 'BOOTCAMP YOGA' CLASS TO THE PARK!
Come and hang out with us in Victoria Park every Thursday in August from 6.30pm. It's totally free - all you need to do is bring yourself and a picnic!
Bootcamp Yoga is a kickass workout combining elements of yoga with a fun, cardio-based sequence to challenge and move your body in new ways to a banging playlist! Perfect if you love sweaty bootcamp, HIIT and circuit style training...and of course yoga!
The two minute stretch at the end of a high intensity class is never quite enough to lengthen your muscles and can often leave you feeling tight and tired the following day. Bootcamp Yoga tackles this issue head on – work your body hard whilst lengthening, stretching and toning your muscles and improving your flexibility.
Please bring a picnic if you would like to hang out after class to meet and chat with your fellow yogis :)
A limited number of mats are provided by Lululemon. Please reserve a mat or bring one with you.
