Sophie Hackford
Sophie taps into WIRED's collective brain to translate the complexities and opportunities of the future for corporate leaders. She runs WIRED Consulting, designing shock and awe future-proofing across every industry. Sophie has recently returned from working in Silicon Valley at Singularity University, a group of futurists on the NASA campus evaluating the impacts of robotics, artificial intelligence, supercomputing, genetic sequencing and other accelerating technologies on business and society.
Sebastian Nienaber
Sebastian is a Start-Up Entrepreneur and Mindful Leadership advisor. He founded Profuse29, the first blue-chip holistic business consultancy, helping companies to benefit from Mindfulness and other mind training tools. He is also the founder of Hacking Happiness, an event and media platform which promotes insights and tools to unlock our full potential.

Palma is a qualified lawyer, certified meditation teacher and mindful coach. Over the past 15 years she has been practicing in various traditions including Theravada and Tibetan Buddhism as well as Kashmir Shaivism. I have not received my Boost Your Productivity ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Boost Your Productivity tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Boost Your Productivity tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Boost Your Productivity ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
