Description
The Boogie Mites 'School Ready' programme is for 3-5 year olds and focuses on supporting Letters and Sounds Phase 1 activities and development of phoneme awareness. We will take part in a range of music, movement and craft activities to support children's language and literacy development and help to prepare them for starting school. The aim of the course is to help parents understand how they can support their children through music but most importantly, have lots of fun together.
The course is takes place over 5 weeks, meeting each Monday afternoon from July 23rd - August 20th and is a progressive programme. CDs and downloads of the songs will be be available to purchase at a discount rate to families attending the course.
Sessions will include music, refreshments and a craft activity, plus information and activities to try at home.
