This seasons Bollyoga programme is the perfect way to prepare your body for the cooler months ahead. Boost your metabolism through invigorating yoga inspired movements and intensive Bollywood dance cardio. Each week you will feel stronger and and more energised, whilst having tonnes of fun, of course!
Bollyoga has a holisitc approach as it has components of stretching, cardio, yoga asanas, breathing exercises and consolidation.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your BOLLYOGA: REVIVE tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
