You are in Peckham and looking for something fun and healthy to do together with your little ones in the holidays?… Then why not bring them along to our yoga classes! Run as a collaboration with the Secret Yoga club - our kids classes are a great way for the whole family to get more bendy, develop coordination and just have fun.
Family Classes involve all ages of the family and are a fun and playful way to practice Yoga, using songs and games as a vehicle to help both children and adults to developed their awareness of their bodies and minds. The class caters to both boys and girls alike with games ranging from dinosaur walks to butterfly legs. All ages are welcome although ideally aimed at 3-9 year olds + family.
Billie de Melo Wood leads our our family classes - with a decade's experience in Sivananda - Billie uses her knowledge and experience to allow families to practice yoga together in an inclusive environment.
