This one day workshop with highly respected doula, Debbie Rosenberg and award-winning hypnotherapist, Jessica Summers-Jackson, weaves together elements of yoga, trance and visualisation to create a sacred experience that enhances your pregnancy and preparation for parenthood.
Pregnancy and birth offer a time of reflection and altered awareness. It is also one of the greatest opportunities we have to grow through a process of initiaition. This workshop honours the scared in birth and in you.
Birth itself is a continuum, a meandering river that manifests as physiological changes that lead to an emotional and spiritual significance, as well as a baby!
This workshop echoes this journey by first fostering a sacred connection with the body through yoga specifically aimed at supporting your pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester.
Linking the physical with the spiritual is shared touch: massage and gentle touch to stimulate the release of endorphins and oxytocin. This leads naturally to the etheric and spiritual aspects of birth. Through a process of sharing, intuition and reflection with your birth partner, you are supported to access your inner sacred birth space for a trance-induced guided visualisation . This sacred space is a gift to you and can be carried with you no matter where you birth.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Blissful Birth Preparation tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
