On Thursday the 24th of March Cordon Blah will be collaborating with Downstairs at Mother to present the best slap up banquet ever. The space is awesome and the kitchen's a goodun, so we can't wait to take it over and get a bit rowdy. We'll be setting the table for 5 courses of easy-going seasonal food for you to share and enjoy. I have not received my Blah x Mother ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Blah x Mother tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Blah x Mother tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
