At Blacklight Burpees you will:
#SWEAT
We’re thrilled to team up with PHIIT for Blacklight Burpees. PHIIT will bring you their signature HYBRID FULL BODY workout: a hybrid of Pilates exercises using the latest MOTR, HIIT, weight training, and body weight cardio and strength training.
Unlike any other workout, this workout will take place in the (near) dark in a secret converted chapel. We'll only use black lights to light up the room and will supply glow sticks and glow in the dark face paint to make you look the part.
PHIIT incorporates Pilates & High Intensity Interval Training along with weight lifting, Kettlebells, TRX and body weight training, to provide you with the ultimate workout that will target every muscle and challenge every aspect of your fitness. Their workouts flow with speed and intensity making your daily workout a gruelling yet enjoying part of your day.
After class, it’s time to relax, kick back, catch up with old friends and make new ones. We'll be serving a delicious, wholesome meal to make sure you refuel your body properly and leave feeling on a high.
We think it’s the perfect way to end the week. Even better, you’ll wake up on Saturday morning feeling refreshed, energised and inspired for the weekend ahead.

As William Ernest Henley famously said, you are the master of your fate, the captain of your soul, so please make sure you take responsibility and check if you've received it.
