We return to The Phoenix after the summer break for our "Electric Boogaloo" themed family rave on 13th November.
Headline DJ Cut La Roc (Skint / Rocstar), Micky C (Thump Events), plus resident Little My play (grown up) dance music on the multi-sensory dancefloor with glitter cannons, bubbles and giant parachute dance.
Breakdance workshops upstairs in the Voodoo Lounge with local breaking' crew Just 4 Funk (kids AND parents welcome to come and learn to pop 'n' lock), plus DJ Hatchett providing the beats.
Face painting from The Face Painting Company, plus a f-f-fresh pop-up kids clothing store from Lennie & Co!
Craft tables with giant colouring mural, themed crafts and playdoh table. Play area with tents and tunnels and baby chillout space with mats and small ballpool.
Licensed bar, free transfer tattoos and glowsticks, plus freebie treats at the end
Theme: "Electric Boogaloo" - Optional (but encouraged) Fancy Dress (think breakdance, 80s retro, tracksuits, street dance wear).
For families with younger children (8s and under) though older siblings are welcome. Adults are not admitted unless accompanied by a child. Parents must remain responsible for their children at all times. A max of 3 children per adult. A max of 4 adults per child (and such groups must be pre-approved by emailing email@example.com before buying tickets). Tickets are non-refundable but if anybody with tickets finds they cannot attend a sold-out event please email firstname.lastname@example.org and BFLF will attempt to put you in touch with people seeking to buy tickets Each member of your group must have a ticket, adults £7.00, child £7.00 and pre-walking infants free (but must be ticketed). The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
