Beautiful Belly Dancing & Middle Eastern-inspired brunch!
Guest Instructor: Sue Baker
Regarded as one of the oldest and most beautiful form of dances, Belly Dancing is also a great workout. The focus is on isolating different parts of the body, moving them independently in sensuous patterns.
For this Fitness Brunch, Sue will be teaching some basic Egyptian-style technique and will draw them together with a series of fun step combinations working towards a choreography.
All levels welcome!
Belly scarves and belts will be available to borrow. If you have your own, you're welcome to bring it with you.
Work out an appetite with our beautiful and fun belly session and our delicious, nourishing brunch.
