Description
In this bitesize practical course designed for children (and adults too) you will learn about what journaling is and how it might be useful to you. You don't need any experience of journaling, just a pen/pencil and paper or notepad.
As well as some theory you’ll be guided through a few journaling exercises that you can try during the course to help you to start journaling. These can be re-listened to and repeated as often as you like to help you to practice journaling by yourself.
This course can be completed alone or with a parent, friend or as a family but you don’t have to share what you’ve written with others if you don’t want to. No one is going to grade your work. Each lesson includes Anna's track 'Soothing Piano With British Birdsong' playing in the background to create a relaxing learning experience.
COURSE DELIVERED AS PRE RECORDED AUDIO. YOU WILL BE SENT THE LINK.
This course is provided as on demand pre recorded audio. Duration 36 minutes in 4 bitesize lessons. You will have access for 7 days.
