Beef butchery course learning tips and skills from two leading butchers in this hands on beginners course. Do you not know your sirloin from your brisket? Did you know there’s a difference between bavette and onglet skirt steak?
The course will start by giving advice on what to look for in the butchers counter, tips on cooking and information on our small network of suppliers. It will start by watching a demonisation of butchery on a whole beef animal explaining all the different cuts. Then it's your turn to butcher a lovely well aged two bone rib of beef to take home for your Sunday roast.
A fun and enjoyable course with lots of chances to ask questions over a pork pie. An Ideal present for any budding foodie. Numbers are limited so you will plenty of time to hone your skills.
Apron and knifes will be provided to use on the day along with a cut glove for safety. Please wear appropriate clothing including footwear. This course will be at our wholesale arch which is 5 minutes from Peckham Rye station. Minimum age is 18 due to the use of knifes.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Beef Butchery tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
