    A DAY OF GRATITUDE

    Join us for the launch of our latest book 'Be Great, Be Grateful: A Gratitude Journal for Positive Living’. We’ve curated a very special day of creative and wellbeing workshops, empowering talks and immersive experiences by PATTERNITY and friends. Leave feeling inspired to find innovative and uplifting ways to harness the positive pattern of gratitude in everyday life.

    The day will include an opportunity to hear PATTERNITY co-founders Anna and Grace discussing the ideas and inspiration behind PATTERNITY’s new chapter with Danielle Pender from Riposte Magazine.

    Lucy Wilson is a healer, using meditation, yoga and Reiki to explore the powerful connection between our minds, our bodies and our spirits. Working with people to manage mental and physical 'dis-eases' such as depression, stress, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, Lucy also collaborated with PATTERNITY to create bespoke experiences that embody our work with pattern.

    Rhona Clews supports people who are at a major crossroads and ready for change. With over twenty years experience and a background in clinical psychology, Rhona is a steady guide and mentor, bringing transformatory coaching together with cutting edge therapies, with plenty of hope, insight and intuition added for good measure. http://www.rhonaclews.co.uk/

    Katrien Franken is founder of Open Up, the first breath work studio in The Netherlands. She offers space for individuals to experience inner transformation through the powerful method of circular breathing – Holotropic Breathwork as created by her teacher Stanislav Grof. A process that uses the natural wisdom of the body to go beyond the controlling mind and help unlock deep emotional releases. Katrien lives and works in London and Amsterdam and offers private sessions and workshops.     Tiu de Haan is an Oxford educated celebrant, creative facilitator and inspirational speaker. Tiu creates experiences designed to connect us to our creativity, to each other, to ourselves and to the possibility of wonder. She creates experiential workshops that shift our perspective to see the magic in the mundane, with clients this year including Google and the United Nations.     Susan Rozo has a close relationship with indigenous people, and with ethnic communities and their traditions, which has inspired her work and her exploration of sound and light as multi-dimensional healing art forms. As an initiate medicine woman, she is always expanding her knowledge of medicinal plants from the South American Amazon and Andes.Through this work, Susan has developed her own sound and vibrational language, weaving ancient sound healing techniques with contemporary sound tools to create a space for inner exploration and alignment.
