Description

Alan Bissett brings his hit Edinburgh Fringe play on tour. Ban This Filth! explores the work of the feminist Andrea Dworkin in a comic but powerful solo show, looking at misogyny, male-female relations and 'scuddy mags'. Cautiously walking the minefield of exploring feminism from a male point of view, Bissett tells stories from his own life and from Dworkin's, challenging some of the assumptions we make about men and women.

Listen out for laughter, Led Zeppelin, awkward questions and the live, onstage reconditioning of a man who's had it all too easy. Until now..
