Hi Everyone,
im so pleased to let you know i will be having my last two supper clubs this year. The first will be on the 6th November.
All the meat served is Halal, and everyone will receive a complimentary glass of orange blossom prosecco.
Menu:
Starters:
Halloumi fritters with Gazan Shatta
Salatet Tahineh - mixed salad with a tangy tahineh sauce
Courgette Muttabal - creamy spicy courgette dip with lemon and tahini with dried mint
Kubbeh Nayeh Bil Khudar - Tangy vegetarian bulgar wheat tabbouleh
Three cheese Fatayer - Cheese pastries with three cheeses and nigella seeds
(a selection of labneh and pickles, with olives, will be served on the tables to share as well)
Main course
Kufta bil Khudar wa ruz bil sha'riyeh - Vegetable and lamb kufta bake served with vermicelli rice
Dessert
Warbat Bil Ishta - Filo pastries stuffed with homemade sweetened cream
