In November, Bâgan is hosting a very special banquet at one of our favourite venues in support of ShelterBox. Shelterbox is an international charity (based in Cornwall) which provides aid and protection to people who’ve lost everything in natural disaster or conflict.
Bagan is a multi-sensory experience. We bring like-minded people together in interesting and unique spaces to enjoy delicious, contemporary Burmese food and good music. In November, we have chosen to support The Shine for ShelterBox campaign, we hope you will buy a ticket to support them too.
The Shine for ShelterBox campaign is all about getting people together, to help more families around the world. Most recently, the people of the Caribbean affected by the terrifying hurricanes, as well the habitants of Mexico who were recently struck by a series of earthquakes.
We will continue to donate £2 of each ticket sold to our friends at Prospect Burma, and profits in addition to this will be donated to the Shine at ShelterBox campaign.
Each Bâgan feast consists of four courses, guaranteed to send your taste buds on a journey of discovery through an array of sweet and spiced aromas. Expect a truly unique night of contemporary Burmese food and London culture.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
