Sometimes we are so busy giving others our love and attention, that we forget to honour our own needs and dedicate time to looking after ourselves. If you've been feeling a little depleted and exhausted after January, come and fill your own cup up with me on Sunday 11th February ahead of Valentine’s Day.
This special event will be a chance to give yourself the time and space for the self-care you are in need of. An opportunity to wind down, to switch off, to rest and to receive.
We will begin the morning with a guided meditation, intended to shift our focus back to our Anahata energy centre and connect inwards, before moving into an invigorating heart opening flow, and ending with an hour of gentle restorative and yin yoga. Leave feeling nourished and restored with vegan treats in tow!
