I invite you to connect with something deeper in yourself in the midst of the wilderness of Nature in the picturesque Bulgaria. Meet your body full of pleasure. and awakened sensitivity. So often we as women have been taught to shut ourselves up, to be ashamed of our body, of our right to pleasure, of the expression of our longing for life! The time has come to release this shame. Let's reprogram our physical self. Let's open for movement with pleasure. Through movement we can change the model of our thoughts. We can let go of past emotions, which hold us back from stepping into our light. It's time to light the spark.
Let's get together and celebrate femininity! Let's get together and celebrate the masculinity too! We are Yin and Yang in the entirety of our unique nature.
To manifest is our masculine nature. To receive is our feminine nature. We are the expression of pure beauty and pure love. The feminine principle is the true source of creation. When we give strength to our feminine essence, when we express pleasure, we are in our most creative and alive state of existence. During this retreat we will work with the Sun – Yang and the Moon – Yin, we will meet at the setting Sun, the growing Moon and we will collect herbs at the Rising Sun on Midsummer's Day. Our focus will be on restoring the connection with the body.
You'll learn the basics of an intuitive, natural feminine dance practice. A passionate, playful, ecstatic dance to express your feelings - The Dance of the Womb - in a diverse range of musical styles. Conscious eating - Consciously sensitive eating with delicious, fresh and local vegetables and fruits from organic or permaculture garden and from the environment. Time to connect with nature, with the inner world and with other participants. Increased feeling for female well-being. During our women's circles and gatherings around the fire we will have time for sharing and meditation.At night we'll be together under the stars in the mountain. You will find many surprises and mystical rituals: silent water, cacao ceremony, jumping over the fire, skinny dipping and other magical experiences. We will tickle your senses, play with the Five Elements and you'll have the opportunity to center yourself deep inside, in a safe place you can always return to when you need to. Program:

Maximum number of participants: 12 people

Price: 210 EUR until June 1st, including all activities and food, camping. You should have your own tent, sleeping bag and camping gear. We can provide 1 four-seater tent. For the different practices, please, carry your own yoga mat.

Regular Price: 240 EUR.

If you would like to take advantage of our lodging possibilities in the near town of Blagoevgrad we offer a place in a villa for additional: 250 EUR (5 nights)

Veronica started dancing from a very young age.
She trained Ballroom Dancing, Tai Chi, Qui Gong, Salsa, Bachata, Modern Ballet and Afro Cubana.
Veronica plays the piano and the clarinet.
She is an Alchemic Dao Energy Practitioner. From 2007 she studies professional Belly dance. She is a dance teacher and a performing artist.

"People have always fascinated me, the human spirit, the human body, the flow of energies, and in recent years I have become more and more interested in women and feminine energy, their social and historical roles, sexuality and parenthood.

During pregnancy and after childbirth, I developed a set of exercises, a combination of techniques of Tai Chi Quan, Qui Gong, Oriental dances and alchemical Dao, specifically aimed at working with feminine energy. What unites these? The circles, the spirals and the active meditation.

This energy set of exercises is cleansing, energizing, rejuvenating and can help us connect with our femininity and unique energy.
I am also certified Human Design Analyst and Guide and during the retreat, we will also have a specific practice related to awareness of energies and potentials and working with the body.

Give yourself time and breathe in the healing magic of the invigorating female flame.
