As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and honour the seasonal shift from outward energy as we begin the turn inward.
Join us for a deeply nourishing day retreat designed to help you gently transition into the quieter half of the year. This is a space to reconnect with your own rhythm, soothe the nervous system, and replenish your inner reserves through carefully curated practices that support rest, release, and renewal.
We’ll begin the day with a heart-opening Cacao Ritual, setting intentions for the season ahead and grounding into the space. From there, we’ll move into Kundalini-inspired breathwork and movement, gently shaking off stagnation and activating the body’s energy pathways.
You’ll then be invited to surrender into a deeply restorative Gong Bath, allowing the sound to guide you into rest. Afterward, we’ll pause for some guided journaling and reflection, inviting an opportunity to connect with the Equinox themes of harvest, letting go, and inner balance.
To help keep this offering more accessible, we invite you to bring your own nourishing lunch. We’ll eat together in a relaxed and communal space, with herbal teas and light snacks provided.
In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) a practice of conscious rest that supports deep integration. We’ll then move into an AlchemyCrystal Singing Bowl sound journey, during which Taran will offer group energy healing using the Selenite Crystal Sword, clearing and realigning your energy field as you receive the vibrational medicine of sound.
This is a day to honour the turning of the wheel, to pause at the threshold between light and dark, movement and stillness and allow yourself to simply rest and receive.

11:00 – 11:30am: Kundalini Energy Flow & Breathwork
